An Overview of the Company:
The Business was originally established as a small family owned business and operated as a
partnership in 1992. The business originally distributed polish rye bread to various delis,
corner stores, fruit shops, restaurants and small supermarkets. As the business evolved,
other products had been added, some products dropped. By 1994 the business had become a very
successful distributor. During this period they teamed up with a very well know bakery of
Turkish bread and over the years the quality of this product and the reliability of the
company has allowed the business to flourish. The past 17years has seen the business grow,
with its current turnover well over $1m, producing high and consistent profits over this
period. The financial crises had very little impact on the business.
The Company has secured long term distribution rights from the manufacture for the product it
sells. This will allow the business to be financially rewarding for any prospective
purchaser.
The weekly schedule includes- 3 Delivery runs within the Sydney metropolitan area: 6 days per
week Monday-Saturday
1) Northern beaches
2) South West
3) North West of Sydney
4) Canberra- Wednesday & Sunday
The delivery side of the business operates out of a warehouse in Castle Hill. No stock is
carried or stored on the premises. Drivers pack the vans on a daily basis for their
designated deliveries.
The administration is located at Cherrybrook, within the home of the proprietors.
